i awake early on saturday to the first official snowfall of the season. the light is grey, i'm feeling under the weather, and all i can think about is tasting my first sip of french press coffee.
STEP ONE | almost boil water, grind beans until course
STEP TWO | pour
STEP THREE | stir twice around (optional)
STEP FOUR | leave 1 inch b/t coffee and the filter top
STEP FIVE | steep for no less than 4 minutes
STEP SIX | gently + slowly push the filter down
STEP SEVEN | enjoy:)))

I just got a french press (pretty much obsessed). I thought you steep and then push down, no?
