this past saturday, a bunch of us went to the cd release party for crash boom bang at the 930 club. my friend's boyfriend plays the bass and keyboard in the band, and while kasi and i go to 930 fairly often, it was refreshing and super fun to go with a huuuge group of our friends. it was even cooler that we knew the band! we got to hang out backstage, wore neon glow sticks as headbands, and some of us shared red lipstick in the bathroom.
i hope the new year brings more of these friend-infused concerts.
