I am very proud and excited to announce the unveiling of my very first column -- Cooking with Katmandu! It will be posted once a week on Patch, and I will describe in detail a new recipe I tried, made-up, discovered, or learned from my mom and family, with photos to go along with. I've gotten so into cooking these days, and I'm so excited and happy that I can pair a new love of mine with an old love of mine, and write about food! Not to mention, I am still writing articles on a regular basis for Patch, pretty much on anything I want.
Tonight I'm writing my first restaurant review on a new restaurant that just opened a week ago today, called Circa at Clarendon. Wish me luck!
Although a total of four articles/recipes have been posted on Patch, the first recipe that was run as part of the column came from this favorite blogger of mine. (And it was absolutely delish!)
