i've been nearly buried under what seem to be piles on top of piles on top of piles in my new* office. i'm trying to get organized while learning how to navigate most of this new work life on my own, but i thought i'd take a quick break and stop by the blog [note: this isn't a break, it's 5:02p and i'm leaving work in a quick second to find me a last minute halloween costume].
wouldn't this make for a lovely little date? i'm tempted to try this tonight with kas.

*the office is new to me again because i was stationed here for a few months until they could find a permanent spot for me. it sure does feel good to be back in here and basking in the sunshine:)

work/life balance is a tough one! I am struggling with it myself right now. husband and I just moved to amsterdam a couple months ago and working on a global team means late night conference calls and no sleep! but it's all worth it :)
