this weekend was glutenous and lazy, and somewhat a treat for Kasi and i who have seemed to be busy every single weekend this summer. with our weekend "off," we decided to do... nothing. well, almost nothing. we did a lot of eating and eating out {dinner at his parents house, dinner out with friends*, brunch, and ordering take-out twice}, and on saturday night, my friend drove us around DC in her convertible with the top down.
seeing DC from a new point of a view was sort of a refreshing feeling. actually, being actually driven to a bar was a nice change of pace from our usual options of either awful DC cabbies or an extremely humid metro.

*the reunion dinner + night out was actually the highlight of the weekend, but unfortunately i was having too much fun to take a single picture of this epic night:(
