Spent this weekend celebrating my Dad's wild and wonderful life with great company, delicious Mongolian Lamb Chops, and too many cosmopolitans; sleeping in; finally seeing Black Swan with friends {warning: incredibly intense!}; a mani/pedi + sushi date with my Aunt/second Mom; and working on my very first freelance piece {a holiday gift guide}. It feels so good to be writing again and for the first time ever -- getting paid for it!
